Built for the agent, not the browser

Three open tools that hand an AI coding agent real expertise at the moment it is deciding something — instead of leaving it to recall an average of everything it was trained on.

They share one rule, and it is the whole point: none of them answers without a source. Where a topic is not covered, they say so rather than producing something plausible. Confident invention is worse than silence, and an agent cannot tell the difference on its own.

/ Why three and not one

Because an agent asks different kinds of question. Design is a body of knowledge it should consult; security is a scan it should run over your files; marketing is a conversation with steps and judgement in it. One tool doing all three would do each of them badly, and the shapes are genuinely different — a server, a scanner, a skill.

What does not differ: they are MIT-licensed, they run on your machine, they need no account, and they cite. The last one is the only one that is hard, and it is why there are only three.
